In the fall of 2008, IDB Bank selected Barker DZP to develop a new campaign to distinguish them from competitors. The problem? It was the height of the Main St. vs. Wall St. war, and banks were at the top of everyone’s hit list.
IDB Bank, however, stood out as an exception; they accepted no TARP money, had almost no toxic assets, and didn’t need a bailout.The resulting campaign used sharp humor to show consumers that we agreed with their feelings, and had something significantly better to offer.
